The Group Council is made up from parents of Scout members and from others persons who wish to give support to the Naxxar Scout Group. The Group Council is in effect the Committee of the Scout Group which, if exercised properly can greatly aid in the full and effective development of a Scout Group. The functions of the Group Council are the following:
The Group Council is formulated during the Annual General Meeting each year. The 2011 members of the Group Council are:- Chairman :- Mr Alex Vella Secretary :- Mrs Stefania Aquilina Treasurer :- Mr Anthony Formosa Members :- Mr Ray Baldwin , Mrs Maryanne Chetcuti & Mrs Rita Formosa.
